Prime Numbers was formed in September of 2006 on award of the original contract to read every utility meter on St.Helena on an annual basis for a fixed fee. 

At that time, Prime Numbers was a mere two-person organisation. In October of 2008, SHG decided to revert to quarterly readings, and the size of the team was strengthened to the current five (including the Manager).

While our Meter Readers can theoretically be assigned any route or set of routes each month, the current team have got into a rhythm of reading the same areas each quarter, so you, as a Connect St.Helena customer, have probably come to know your Meter Reader by now.
